We're proud to share the Australian Spatial Analytics (ASA) FY 2025/26 Annual Report, showcasing our social impact for young autistic adults facing a 34% unemployment rate. Since 2020, ASA has set out to prove that autistic Australians are highly capable, in-demand professionals when given the right opportunity and support. This year, that belief showed up in real client outcomes, careers, and momentum.
As a not-for-profit, jobs-focused social enterprise, ASA is dedicated to empowering our people with the on-the-job training and wrap-around supports they need to thrive in high-demand geospatial and digital engineering professions.
Key highlights in this FY 2025/26 Annual Report include:
• Projects delivered: over $4.2 million with 72 clients
• Wages paid: over $3 million
• Hours worked: over 64,000
• On-the-job training: over 12,800 hours invested
• New starters: we’ve had 47 people join us, including 18 through the Australian Government’s WorkFoundations Program
• Neurodiversity training: delivered to over 1,000 people
By creating a supportive and inclusive work environment, we’re bridging the gap between underutilised neurodivergent talent and Australia’s ‘big data’ needs. This Annual Report details the initiatives that we have implemented to enable our 80% neurodivergent team to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
