Our Impact.

The unemployment rate for neurodivergent adults in Australia is a staggering 34% - 10 times the national average.

People with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are at least six times more likely to be unemployed than neurotypical people! With ASD becoming the fastest-growing ‘disability’ in the Western world, we must do something now.

That’s why we’re passionate about matching a group of under-employed people with excellent skills in the Geospatial and Digital Engineering industries. We don’t mind bragging about the fact that we do this well. Of our 140+ team, 80% identify as neurodivergent. We’re aiming to grow to over 300 people by 2026.
Over 85% of Australia’s data extraction services currently go off shore. Through our work at ASA, not only do we provide a benefit to the Australian economy by providing data sovereignty and employment diversity, but we also rapidly (and accurately!) turn big data into valuable, actionable insights.
