Our CEO, Geoffrey Smith, has always been passionate about reducing unemployment for young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a data analyst by trade, Geoff knows that technology can create work and wealth for disadvantaged communities. He also advocates that social enterprise is the vehicle to unlock neurodiverse talent pools for all organisations.
ASA is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 8 – Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.
